Electrician
Makes the lights and fans work.
What they do
An electrician mends wires, fits switches and gets the fan turning again. They switch off the mains first, because electricity is dangerous.
Only a grown-up who has been trained should ever touch a wire.
Where they work: In homes, shops and buildings.
Let’s pretend
Walk around the house and point at every switch. Say what each one turns on, without touching any of them.
