What we collect
Your name, email, mobile number, delivery address for physical orders, and the optional age of your child so we can recommend suitable packs. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
Children's data
Child profiles hold only a first name, an age band and progress within our own activities. We never advertise to children, never build behavioural profiles, and never share child data with third parties.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Everything else is deleted within 30 days of you closing your account.
Your choices
Write to hello@seekhokidz.com to export or delete your data, or to unsubscribe from parent emails. Every marketing email also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
