Refund & cancellation policy

Digital packs
Because files are delivered instantly, digital purchases are generally final. That said — if a file will not open, prints incorrectly or is not what the page described, tell us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.
Physical products
Return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the original delivery charge. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free, with no return needed — just send a photo.
Memberships
Cancel any time from Account → Membership. Access continues to the end of the paid period; we do not charge again after cancellation.
How refunds reach you
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 – 7 working days.
